About Me

Trevor has always been interested in flexibility and human movement. Since his youth, he has participated in sports & activities such as pole vault, diving, tumbling and breakdancing. Through analyzing the movements of elite performers as well as experimenting with his own movements, he has discovered how body alignment (i.e., posture) and flexibility relate to successful movement, injury prevention and rehabilitation.

In 2013, Trevor graduated with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science from BYU followed by a Master’s in Kinesiology in 2015 from ATSU. Both during that time and after graduating, he has undergone training in a variety of bodywork techniques including assisted stretching, Fascial manipulation and Myopractics.

Likewise, Trevor enjoys teaching Anatomy & Physiology to college students at Chandler-Gilbert Community College. Trevor is always improving himself and his knowledge to better serve his students and clients.
